YAZOO COUNTY, Miss. – Those in the Delta are getting ready for possible flooding.
The Yazoo river is expected to flood forcing many to seek higher ground.
There have been reports of people building blockades with sandbags around their home. Some people even lifting their homes in order to avoid possible flood waters.
Many people are keeping a keen eye on the predicted crests in Vicksburg.
Good news however, the water levels in that area have been dropping.
