A 6th suspect has been charged following the May 5th murder of Biloxi Police Officer Robert McKeithen, a 24-year veteran of the force.

Multiple reports state that 20-year-old Wanya Atkinson, the brother of accused murderer Darian Atkinson, has been charged with Accessory after the Fact. While Wanya’s role is unclear, Darian, 19, is charged with Capital Murder after he allegedly shot and killed McKeithen outside of the Biloxi PD’s headquarters.

Darian Atkinson is being held without bond, and all other suspects have had their bonds set at $500,000.
