You’re Paying Even More for Gas, Mississippi Average Tops $3.30

JACKSON, Miss.–You’re paying even more for gas today then you were this time last week. Mississippi’s average has gone up four cents since last Tuesday and is at $3.31 per gallon.

The cheapest you’ll find it today is $3.13 in Long Beach. It’s $3.15 in Meridian, Biloxi and stations in south Jackson.

Hernando has the most expensive in the state at $3.69, according to gasbuddy.com. Just under that is $3.65 per gallon in New Albany.

The national average is $3.53.

News Mississippi took our microphones to a Mississippi gas station that some might consider reasonable in light of current prices, at $3.20.
