State Rep. Mark Baker joined us this morning to talk about a review of the 2018 session – successes and failures.
When talking about the MAEP, school funding initiative that failed, Baker said it’s a good idea, but people might just need the legislative break to realize how good the idea is.
“Good ideas take about five years to pass, bad ideas take five minutes.”
