COVINGTON COUNTY, Miss. – The Amber Alert issued late Monday for a missing one-year-old has been canceled.
Little Alida Keys is safe and now in the care of her maternal grandmother. The child was believed to be with her biological parents, Gerren Keys and Tiffany Hillman. A judge earlier took away their rights and gave them to the child’s grandparents.
Authorities said late Monday that after receiving a tip, troopers and deputies were able to track Keys and Hillman down at a home in Perry County were the two surrendered.
