GULFPORT, Miss. – A former Mississippi coast teacher, for the next 10 years, will be in federal prison for molesting at least a dozen male students.
William Richard Pryor, 69, admitted to having sex with the boys during group trips he arranged between 1999 and 2013. At his Monday sentencing, Pryor was also fined $15,000. He must register as a sex offender and, once he’s out of jail, will be on probation for the rest of his life.
Pryor resigned from St. Patrick Catholic High School following his arrest late last summer.
