JACKSON, Miss.- A Jackson man has been arrested in Pearl for stealing a golf cart.
Police told WJTV, Brian Simms of Jackson is charged with grand larceny along with possession of drug paraphernalia.
Police said, Simms stole a golf cart from the City of Pearl golf course.
Simms took police on a wild golf cart chase through the woods near Pearl High School. He was arrested when he tried to leave the woods on the cart.
He was taken to Rankin County Jail. No bond set yet.
