JACKSON, Miss. – A baby was found unresponsive in a residence on Monday after the coroner said the child died from an accidental rollover while sleeping with a parent.
Police were called to the scene around 5:25 p.m. at 603 Hampton Circle.
Jackson police said the 3-month-old baby boy was killed when sleeping next to a parent that accidentally rolled over on top of the child smothering him.
No other details have been released about the incident.
