Richland Walmart bomb threat “not credible”

RICHLAND, Miss. – Police have confirmed that there is no credible threat of a bomb, after searching a Richland Walmart.

Early afternoon Tuesday, a Walmart in the city of Richland was shutdown, along with nearby businesses, after local police received a call that a man came inside the Walmart, dropped off a package and then left the building.

A bomb technician, robot and bomb sniffing dog were brought in but nothing was found.
