CANTON, Miss. – The Canton Flea Market was Thursday in downtown Canton. Like every year, it was almost impossible to get free parking without having to walk a mile. People came from all over including: Alabama, Louisiana, Tennessee, Kansas, and even California.
Some of the folks who attended have been going for years, some as many as 30 years. Many use the market to get an early jump on shopping for the holidays, while others are just there to browse.
The vendors enjoy the market too, saying it was one of the best venues they attend all year, having record breaking sales.
The Canton Flea Market will come back to downtown Canton in May.
