JACKSON, Miss. – Shipping companies are under fire today after failing to deliver a lot of packages by Christmas.
FedEx and UPS blame the delay on bad weather in some parts of the country, as well as a higher than expected number of packages.
Both companies have extra drivers on the roads today to deliver the late gifts; and Amazon is offering refunds to some customers who have been kept waiting.
