CVS Cutting Tobacco Products Nationwide, 50 Stores in Miss.

JACKSON, Miss. — If you are looking to pick up a pack of smokes along with your prescription at your local CVS store, you will not be able to for long. The company announced Wednesday that they are going to stop carrying all tobacco products starting in October, which makes them the first national pharmacy chain to do that.

They say the new policy is all about keeping their customers healthy. There are about 50 CVS stores across Mississippi.
