GREENWOOD, Miss. — A woman has been found dead in a ditch in Greenwood. MDOT crews made the gruesome discovery Monday. Police say the woman’s body is already decomposing and her face is completely gone.
She had no ID on her and no shoes either; but she was wearing blue jeans and a dark shirt. Investigators think she could have been dead anywhere between 3 to 10 days. If you know of anyone missing or can help police id the woman, give them a call.
