Feds Investigate After Threatening Letter to Miss. Judge

JACKSON, Miss. — A Mississippi judge was threatened with bombs and anthrax. There is now a federal investigation after Hinds County Circuit Court Judge Tomie Green got her bailiff to open that letter Friday morning. According to WAPT, it was from someone claiming to be from the Aryan brotherhood. Inside the envelope was some kind of substance, but it tested negative for anthrax. The letter also said C-4 was planted under the courtroom and her house, which was a negative too.

The U.S. postal inspector is investigating.
