PASCAGOULA, Miss.- Have you ever forgotten to get your trash can by the curb or had to leave it there because you went out of town? How would you like getting fined for doing that?
Well, if you live in Pascagoula you could get fined up to a $1,000 dollars if your trash can is left out for more than 36 hours.
A new ordinance allows the bins at the curb from 10 a.m. the day before collection to 10 p.m. the day of collection.
