PONTOTOC, Miss.–Sexual battery and fondling charges have been filed against 27-year-old Jasyn Hogue of Pontotoc, and details about the crimes are few. WTVA reported a grand jury indicted Hogue this week in his home county.
All of the victims were under 18, according to court records.
There were two counts each of fondling and sexual battery. Hogue was free on a $40,000 bond and was set to be arraigned later.
