HORN LAKE, Miss– Tallahatchie County Sheriff’s Deputies say Mandy Wynne Baker, the daughter of former Horn Lake mayor Nat Baker, and Roger Dale Murphy Jr. were both killed Sunday night.
Baker, 35 and Murphy, 33, were both found shot dead in their home in Tippo, according to the Desoto Times Tribune. Tallahatchie County Sheriff William Brewer says that Murphy’s father, Roger Dale Murphy Sr. was taken into custody but the charges are pending.
News Mississippi contacted the Tallahatchie County Sheriff’s Department, but the sheriff hasn’t returned calls.
