Friday weather rundown 5-18-17: storms Saturday night

North Mississippi waking up after a few spotty rainshowers overnight. Your high reaching the upper 80s/lower 90s again today with a few clouds overhead and a bit of humidity in the air. Look for more rain to move in later tonight and spreading across the state Saturday night.

Central Mississippi much the same: waking up on a humid Friday morning in the lower 70s, but quickly ticking thru the 70s and 80s to reach a high pushing 90. You could see a few popup showers with a little thunder mixed in after lunchtime. Tonight looking clear, but you can expect more rain and thunder to move in early Saturday morning and sticking around all day and even into the later hours after sunset.

South Mississippi feeling a muggy Friday morning as well: rising thru the lower 70s to reach a high in the upper 80s today. Not much in the way of rain for you today, but you can expect to catch a few showers off and on tomorrow and tomorrow night.
