JACKSON, Miss. – Put on your socks, lace up those shoes and get ready to run in the fourth annual Governor Phil Bryant’s 5K Run for Health, set for next Thursday, June 18.
Packet Pick-Up will be on Monday, June 15 through Wednesday, June 17 from 11:00 am until 3:00 p.m. at the Mississippi Coliseum’s Blue Room.
On June 18, pre-race festivities begin at 3:30 p.m. on the south steps of the Mississippi Capitol where runners can register the day of the race or pick up packets if they’re already registered until 4:45 p.m. The 5K begins at 5:30 p.m. and is followed by a half-mile Kid’s Fun Run at 6:30 p.m.
Registration is $20 for individuals who sign up before or on June 13 and $35 from June 14 until race day. Also teams of 10 or more people can sign up for $10 per person. Online registration is open until midnight on June 14.
