YAZOO CITY, Miss.–There wasn’t a gun involved in a Sunday night robbery in Yazoo City, but the man who did it apparently had some nerve. Police say he reached into the register and took what he wanted before running off.
Now you could help catch who’s responsible, if you know who the man in the picture is and where he might be.
The robbery happened about 8:30 Sunday night at the Mayfield Gas Store on Hwy. 49. The man, a black male wearing a hat, went to the register and was buying something. But, when the cash drawer came open, he grabbed a wad of cash and ran.
It was unclear just how much money he got.
