Hattiesburg– When the Hattiesburg Jaycees found out about Department of Human Services budget cuts, they had to help.The organization collected school supplies to be delivered Thursday morning to the Forrest County Department of Human Services but with 200 foster kids in Forrest County alone and thousands in Mississippi, the problem still exist.
