UTICA, Miss. – An iced splattered road caused a wreck in Utica Tuesday that killed a 24-year-old man.
Hinds County detectives said Tranell Epps lost control of his car after hitting a patch of ice and slammed into an 18-wheeler. Epps, trapped inside, was pulled free with the Jaws of Life by emergency crews. He died at the scene.
