LAUREL, Miss.- Laurel police are investigating a shooting involving two children.
Police told WDAM, a 5-year-old allegedly shot a 10-year-old boy Sunday afternoon.
The child was taken to a local hospital and then taken to Jackson for treatment for a gunshot wound to his upper leg, police said.
Police said the shooting was an accident, but are continuing to investigate the case.
