In a word: DELICIOUS

Tis the season, to nosh MUDBUGS! Which as you know,  are not bugs at all. Mudbugs is an affectionate nickname for crayfish. But here in the Magnolia State, they’re more often called crawfish, with a ‘w’. The delightful crustaceans are said to resemble little red lobsters. With the season of our yummy Southern delicacy in full swing, it’s time to ‘get your boil-on‘!

But if your gastronomic clock is already ticking out-of-control, relax. Mississippi’s crawfish season goes through July first.
