WALNUT GROVE, Miss.- A prisoner was pronounced dead Thursday morning. Around 8 a.m., and inmate was found unresponsive at the Walnut Grove Correctional Facility.
He was taken to the medical unit where medical staff attempted to perform CPR, but their attempts were unsuccessful.
The cause of death is still unknown at this time, and we’ll update you with more as this story develops.
