Jackson mayor accused of sexual harassment

JACKSON, Miss.- A sexual harassment complaint was filed against Jackson Mayor Tony Yarber. 

The complaint was filed by his executive assistant, Kimberly Bracey who is suing him after she claims she was fired for ending their affair.

Bracey said she was hired in 2014 at which point she and Yarber engaged in a consensual affair. Yarber who is married, has not yet commented on the allegations.

Bracey also claims he made inappropriate sexual comments about other women.

Yarber is a pastor and motivational speaker who is expected to run for re-election as mayor in 2017.
