The G.V. (Sonny) Montgomery VA Medical Center has recently launched efforts to improve veteran care across the state, from increasing access to care to boosting mental health treatment awareness.

On Wednesday, the VA Medical Center, located in Jackson, will host a town hall for veterans, family members, stakeholders and the public to provide feedback on VA operations and programs.

Leadership from the VA Medical Center and VBA Regional Office will be available to answer questions and concerns regarding healthcare and benefits.

The town hall meeting is an open forum for Veterans currently receiving benefits and care from VA and those interested in learning about the services available. The meeting provides an opportunity for veterans and their families and caregivers to raise any concerns and have them addressed by the leadership.

The meeting will be held at 1500 E. Woodrow Wilson Drive, Jackson, MS 39216 from 3:30-4:30pm Wednesday, June 28.
