Keeping Your Kids Safe: Ex-Pastor Indicted on Sexual Battery Charge After Mistrial

FARMINGTON, Miss.–It’s the second time around for ex-pastor Timothy Nall of Farmington. He has been indicted again by a grand jury in Alcorn County on charges that he molested a six-year-old child. The trial has been set for November.

WTVA reported that the new indictment includes one count of sexual battery and one count of fondling.

Farmington Baptist Church is where the 59-year-old was the pastor. The charges say he used his finger to sexually penetrate the child.

He went on trial in August and the jury was not able to get a unanimous verdict, so it was a mistrial.
