SOUTHAVEN, Miss.–Trying to lure a 15-year-old girl for sexual purposes by internet and phone is what has El-Habib Ouijhna, of Southaven, awaiting word on just how much time he’ll spend in prison.
The 32-year-old pleaded guilty in federal court in Oxford this week, reported WTVA.
He was caught by Tupelo Police March 29. He has given up his transportation as part of his plea agreement and is out of jail on a $10,000 bond until he is sentenced.
