HATTIESBURG, Miss.–Raping a child under 14 is the charge against Michael French of Hattiesburg. He was arrested this week and got a $100,000 bond during his first court appearance Wednesday.
Hattiesburg Police say the rape happened at a home Sept. 3.
Since the case involved a child and a victim of rape, more details were not available.
