STARKVILLE, Miss.–What police are calling improper contact with an underaged person has landed a Starkville man in jail, charged with sexual battery. Starkville Police arrested Nicholas Kolbet, 20.
Police did not give many details on the crime, only that it involved a juvenile and they got the first report on it June 9.
Kolbet had bond set at $25,000 for each count.
