LAUDERDALE COUNTY, Miss. – The murder trial of Justin Clearman is set to get started today in Lauderdale County. He is accused of killing his then live-in girlfriend’s two-year-old son. Investigators say Landon Tanner died of blunt force trauma to the head while Clearman was babysitting him. That was in 2010. Clearman’s trial has been delayed at least three times since then.
