JACKSON, Miss. – Police are looking for a shooter this morning in the Capital City. A 25-year-old man was driving earlier today when he saw another man on the side of the road with a gun. Investigators say that person shot the man in the head. The victim was able to drive himself to the hospital.
Police are not releasing his name just yet, and they will not say if the two men know each other.
