JACKSON , Miss. –Taking matters into his own hands, Jackson Business Owner, Ron Chane is accused of stealing asphalt from the city and filling in potholes on the streets. The “Pothole Robin Hood” says he and his girlfriend have in filled at least 101 potholes writing the message “citizen fixed” as his calling card.
Chane told NewsMS hes didn’t expect the media to catch wind of his actions, especially on the international level. He was on CNN filling a pothole in New York Friday morning and this Sunday he will be featured on Fox and Friends.
Chane also said his prior investigation by the Jackson Police has been dropped.
