Manhunt Over in Pearl River County, Men Wanted in Tennessee

PEARL RIVER COUNTY, Miss.–A manhunt that was underway Thursday morning after two Tennessee fugitives crashed a truck in a rural area in Pearl River County is over. Brothers Jessy and Jeffrey Marchbanks were wanted on residential burglary charges and were captured about 6:30 Thursday mroning, according to WLOX.

Cops told WLOX that the brothers and their father, 47-year-old Jeffrey Marchbanks, Sr., were spotted driving a truck away from a trailer park and crashed near Picayune. The brothers ran and got away. The father did not and is now in jail, charged with resisting arrest.

Thursday morning helicopters and K-9 officers were being used in the search.

Cops had considered the two armed and dangerous. Details on their capture were not immediately clear.
