FORREST COUNTY, Miss.- Authorities are still looking for Fredrick Ruffin, a probationer that has gone MIA.
He went out last week to attain a social security card and never returned. Ruffin, 31, was convicted in 2007 for possession of a controlled substance- cocaine sell, in Forrest County. He was sentenced to 15 years but was given probation for a five year stent reports WDAM.
