SOUTHAVEN, Miss. – Have you ever been concerned about who your children talk to? A 13 year-old-girl from Southaven who was believed to have run away from home was found safe by police in South Carolina with a registered sex offender. The girl’s mother called investigators and told them that she found several conversations on her daughter’s cell phone with a guy who was thought to be between 18 to 21-years-old.
Bobby Osborne, 40, was arrested and will be extradited to Mississippi to face kidnapping charges.
