GUARDS V INMATES
It was guards versus inmates, again, at East Mississippi Correctional Facility in Lauderdale County. This happened Thursday morning and three guards ended up getting stabbed with shanks by inmates. At first it was just one guard stabbed in the back. Then two other guards stepped up with pepper spray. They ended up getting stabbed by another inmate before the other guards finally got control. The injuries weren’t too serious, but they went to the hospital.
