Due to severe weather across the state today Mississippi residents are experiencing power outages.
Mississippi Power is reporting over 2,000 outages with the majority of them in the southern part of the state.
Entergy Mississippi’s outage map shows just under 15,000 of their customers without power. The majority of those outages are in Adams and Hinds County.
Southern Pine Electric’s map shows over 2,000 without power and all are hard at work to fix the lines and restore power as soon as possible.
