Mississippi’s ‘Blue Book’ released

The Mississippi 2016-2020 Statistical Register, more commonly known as the Mississippi Blue Book, has been released by Secretary of State Delbert Hosemann.

The Blue Book, published every four years, contains information regarding elections, local government, state government, and legislature.

This year’s book, however, is a special bicentennial edition.

“We have featured a discussion about our state’s history, dating back to 1817,” said Secretary of State Delbert Hosemann.

The book also features Mississippians who have greatly contributed to the state through politics, economic development, service, and more.

While hard copies of the book will be available in the Secretary of State’s office, it can be accessed online at www.sos.ms.gov.
