Monday weather rundown 5-22-17: lots of storms ahead

North Mississippi feeling some high humidity this mornting as more showers scatter across the eastern portions of the state: look for showers and a few stray thunderstorms cropping up thruout your Monday. Today’s high in the mid 70s. TOnight clearing out some, your low dippig to the lower 60s. Tomorrow looking partly cloudy with a high pushing 80, but look for rain and thunder to return tomorrow night.

Central Mississippi already seeing plenty of rain moving in from the east: grab your slicker suit cause youre in for gusty winds and plenty of showers all day. Between downpours, high humidty will keep you in it’s grip, making for a nasty start to your work week. Look for showers all day and into tonight. Today’s high near 70

South Mississippi you’ll wanna batten down the hatches: things are a little muggy and mild right now, but you’re in for some relentless rain over the next few days: look for showers, thunderstorms, high winds and flash flooding to occur.
