A Monroe County man was arrested Tuesday after being accused of pointing a gun at a school bus as he passed.
22 year old Erik Buchanan was charged with simple assault and attempt to create fear
The Monroe County Sheriff’s Department says Buchannan was passing an Oak Hill Academy bus when while waving a gun in the direction of children.
Buchanan’s bond was set at $1013.25 and awaits trial.
