Monroe County Sheriff Cecil Cantrell says dealers are experimenting with different recipes to achieve a stronger high.
“These drug dealers want everybody to know the stuff they have is the best stuff. But you see people dying as a result of getting ahold of drugs. I think it’s because they’re getting ahold of these bad drugs.”
