MSU Starting Safety Arrested and Suspended

STARKVILLE, Miss. – Just a day before their final home game of the season against Vanderbilt, Mississippi State’s starting safety Justin Cox was arrested and suspended from the team indefinitely.

 Police received a call about a burglary Friday morning at the Aspen Heights apartment complex in Starkville where a woman was found with a head injury.

Cox was charged with suspicion of burglary of a dwelling and aggravated domestic violence. Currently Cox is free from jail after posting a $20,000.
