They sent a letter to officials on Wednesday requesting it be removed from inside the Harrison County Courthouse. They said that if it is not the city would face a lawsuit.

The Harrison County board attorney Tim Holleman says he is trying to learn more about the law on the matter in order to effectively make a case. The display will stay up until the board of supervisors decides what to do.
