OHS Day 18: Cardio and Hydration (Ryno)

Cardio is a big man’s Kryptonite, and today Coach had Dawn and Ryno running 300 yard shuttles. Ryno powered through the first one with a little pep in his step, but when it came time for the second round of 300 yards running, Ryno’s pace slowed WAY down. While cardio training is definitely something Ryno has to work on going forward, one key thing that Ryno forgot to do was to hydrate BEFORE the workout. You can’t just chug a Gatorade right before you work out and expect to by hydrated well enough for a strenuous workout.
