Ole Miss: Inclement Weather Plan in Effect for Commencement

Because of the threat of inclement weather, rain locations will be used for all University of Mississippi Commencement ceremonies on Saturday, May 11.

The morning Commencement ceremony will take place at 9:30 a.m. at The Pavilion.

Graduates should sit with their families and should be seated in the chairs on The Pavilion floor. Once the chairs on the floor are full, graduates and their families may sit in the remaining available seating within The Pavilion.

Additional ceremonies scheduled to take place in the Grove or the Lyceum Circle will be moved to alternate locations. See the list below for updated locations of all ceremonies:

9:30 a.m. Convocation The Pavilion

11 a.m. College of Liberal Arts- Master’s Degree Ceremony Fulton Chapel

11 a.m. Patterson School of Accountancy Archie and Olivia Manning Athletics Performance Center

11 a.m. School of Applied Sciences The Pavilion

11 a.m. School of Business Administration C.M. “Tad” Smith Coliseum

11 a.m. School of Pharmacy – Pharm.D. The Gertrude Ford Center for the Performing Arts

11 a.m. and 1 p.m. School of Engineering Student Union Ballroom

1:30 p.m. School of Pharmacy – B.S.P.S., MS, Ph.D. The Gertrude Ford Center for the Performing Arts

3 p.m. College of Liberal Arts The Pavilion

3 p.m. General Studies Archie and Olivia Manning Athletics Performance Center

3 p.m. School of Journalism and New Media C.M. “Tad” Smith Coliseum

6 p.m. School of Education The Pavilion

6 p.m. School of Law Archie and Olivia Manning Athletics Performance Center
