JACKSON, Miss.- Organ and tissue donors will gather to be honored for the 4th year in a row at the Old Capitol Inn.It’s a celebration of their sacrifice by the Mississippi Organ Recovery Agency (MORA) for the Donor Tree Ceremony.
The ceremony remembers the lives and gift of organ, eye, and tissue donors.
Family members of those who donated will hang ornaments on the Donor Tree to remember their loved ones.
The event happens on Sunday, Dec. 11 from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.at the Old Capitol in, 226 North State Street, Jackson MS 39201
