“I am so grateful President Trump is returning to Mississippi to support our U.S. Senator, Cindy Hyde-Smith,” said Governor Phil Bryant in a statement. “Since taking office, Cindy has worked tirelessly to advance the president’s America First agenda and I look forward to standing with them to celebrate the great things happening in Mississippi and America.”

“I am thrilled that President Trump will be here to support TeamCindyand our campaign,” Hyde-Smith said in a statement on social media. “Since Governor Bryant appointed me to represent Mississippi in the U.S. Senate, I have backed the president’s agenda 100 percent, voting to help our veterans, to secure our borders, and to appoint constitutional conservative judges. I look forward to his visit next week! #Cindy2018″
