OCEAN SPRINGS, Miss.- A settlement has been reached between Ocean Springs and the Psycamore mental health clinic.
WLOX reports that attorneys from both sides met with a federal judge and discussed an agreement that would end the lawsuit without going to court.
The cities board of aldermen had a special meeting in which the settlement was proposed. The original lawsuit was filed when Ocean Springs denied the clinic a permit to open a medical facility on Iberville Drive.
No details yet on the settlement, both parties are waiting until attorneys meet with the judge.
